Payment Options
- Yearly: 1 year in advance (5% discount) – Due on the 1st of March 2027
- Quarterly: 4 quarterly payments (2.5% discount) – Due on the 1st day of each term
- Monthly: 12 monthly payments must be paid by the 1st of each month in advance, i.e. 1st January, 1st February, through to 1st December
Sibling Discounts
- 7% discount on the older sibling’s school fees only
- 5% on the 2nd sibling (school fees only)
- 3% on the 3rd sibling
- 2% on 4 or more siblings
Application & Placement
- Application Fee: R2 500 (non-refundable)
- Resource Fee: R1 500 (non-refundable) – payable by 1 April 2027
- Returning learners: Resource Fee for 2027 is R1 500, payable by 1 April 2027
School Holidays
The school closes for all public holidays, both Eids (a day before and after Eid), and two weeks in December and two weeks in January.
Extramural Activities
These are optional and payable to the service provider:
- Fitness Stars – Stretch & Grow – Coach Laiqah
- Sports Hub – Coach Shaheen
- Developing Future Maestros – Coach Yasser/Donnie
- Swimming – Coach Naz (only in summer, to be confirmed)
- Ballet – Miss Nicola
Penalties & Policies
- Late fetching incurs a R100 penalty per hour or any part of an hour, starting from 15 minutes after the arrival and collection time.
- Arrival is between 07h15 and 08h15 (grace period until 08h30).
- Collection is at 12h30 (half day), 15h00 (¾ day), and 17h00 (full day).
- Withdrawal or de-registration must be in writing at least 3 calendar months in advance.
Statements & Fundraising
- Statements are issued on the 25th of each month and reflect all payments and additional charges.
- Possible fundraising events include the annual concert/graduation, fun and sports day, surf walk, and tricycle tour.
Return Notice
Please inform the school in writing by the 31st of June 2027 if your angel is returning in 2028.
